Mario's Career Bio

      Mario began his career in Real Estate in 2003 as a Property Manager for a Long Island investment company.  As a Property Manager he obtianed hands on experience learning step by step the intricacies of property development.  In 2007 Mario broadened his knowledge of real estate by obtaining his New York State Sales Person License.  Today Mario holds a New Yorks State License in both residential and commercial real estate and is affliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.   

      In May of 2008 Mario founded his own expediting company and began offering his services to residents throughout Suffolk County.   With over ten years experience, Mario understands the step by step process of applying for permits, preparing for inspections to ultimatley obtain that so important "Certificate of Occupancy".  Mario has experience with many town and village building departments, the NY State DEC, the Suffolk County Dept. of Health and is registered with the Sufflolk County Dept. of Consumer Affairs.  (S.C.
